Exactly six years ago, ecommerceloka was born from the anxiety of hotel and villa owners who wanted to navigate the digital world, but were confused about where to start. Now, six years later, the startup headquartered at Jl. Raya Kedampang Gg. Sukun No.8, Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali 80361 has grown into one of the pioneers of hotel digitalization in Indonesia.
Founded in 2019, ecommerceloka began its journey with a small team of less than 10 people. The early years were a testament to the team's resilience and resilience, especially when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Amid the sluggish tourism and hospitality industry, ecommerceloka actually strengthened its foothold by developing a more adaptive and relevant digital strategy to help property partners survive, even grow.

To date, ecommerceloka has partnered with more than 300 properties in various regions of Indonesia. The services offered include digital marketing strategies, online channel management, All in one hospitality, to hotel revenue management.
In the past six years, the ecommerceloka team has grown with dozens of young professionals who are committed to bringing positive change to the hospitality sector. A collaborative atmosphere and a passion for continuous learning are the main foundations behind every step of ecommerceloka.

This year, ecommerceloka also inaugurated a new office in the strategic area of Kerobokan, Bali, as a symbol of new spirit and long-term commitment to become a center of innovation and collaboration in the digital hospitality industry.
