commerceloka is a fast-growing hospitality technology startup based in Bali, helping hotels thrive through digital solutions. We’re looking for a Human Resources Admin to join our team and support our growing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR administration including employee records, contracts, and documentation

  • Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Assist with attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and staff benefits administration

  • Support internal communication and staff engagement initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in HR administration or related roles

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with HR systems, BPJS and labor law is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and people-focused

  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate
